Refund Policiy

Orders dispatched correctly cannot be exchanged, refunded or refunded. Only 50% of the cost per item will be credited for sales of candles in glass containers that are mailed and arrive broken. To claim it is mandatory to show evidence of breakage through photos in the next 7 days from the date of shipment of the package. The sale of products for personal use such as soaps, oils and lotions is FINAL, they do not have exchange, refund or return. In case of claim please write to Customerservice.alexandra@gmail.com

Shipping Policy

Shipments will be processed from 2 to 5 business days after the order has been dispatched. Pre-orders will be shipped 2 to 3 weeks after the order has been made. The products are handmade. We appreciate that in high season (Christmas, Mothers, Fathers, etc.), place your order 3 weeks in advance to ensure that it is processed and sent on time. Alexandra Handmade Jewerly is not responsible for packages lost by mail
